Services Provided
Drone Memorials provides memorial coordination and ash dispersal services, carried out either by drone or by hand when appropriate. All services are planned and conducted with care, professionalism, and respect.
Specific details, including location, timing, attendance, and memorial preferences, are confirmed during consultation and planning.
Safety & Regulations
All memorials are subject to weather conditions, site access, safety considerations, and applicable flight and environmental regulations. Drone Memorials reserves the right to adjust the timing, method, or location of a memorial if required for safety or compliance.
Requests that compromise safety or regulatory requirements cannot be accommodated.
Client Responsibilities
Clients confirm that they have the legal authority to arrange a memorial for the deceased person or pet and that the ashes provided are handled lawfully prior to the memorial.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during planning and consultation.
Attendance & Participation
Attendance at a memorial is optional. When attending, clients agree to follow guidance provided by the Memorial Coordinator to ensure safety and respect throughout the process.
If clients choose to participate in releasing ashes, this will be done under direct guidance and only when safe to do so.
Changes & Cancellations
Memorial details may need to be adjusted due to weather, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Drone Memorials will communicate any required changes as early as possible.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined at the time of booking.
Media & Privacy
Photos or recordings related to a memorial will not be shared or used for promotional purposes without clear consent from the family.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Drone Memorials is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, access restrictions, regulatory requirements, or events beyond our control.
