📍 Drone-Assisted Cremation Memorials Across the Sunshine Coast
From Gibsons to Lund, from the sandy shores of Savary Island to the cliffs of Jervis Inlet, the Sunshine Coast is rich with places of memory and meaning. At General Drone Memorials, we’ve helped families turn these landscapes into sacred spaces—offering cremation ash drop memorials by drone across the entire region.
This final blog post is your guide to everything we offer—and how to say goodbye with peace, beauty, and complete legal assurance.
🕊️ A Modern Memorial Rooted in Nature
Some people want something different than a church or cemetery. They want to return to the ocean, the forest, or the mountains that gave them joy.
We offer aerial cremation ash drops using high-quality drones equipped with safety and redundancy systems. Each drop is:
- Handled with care by licensed drone operators
- Fully insured
- Planned legally, avoiding protected parks and obtaining permission for private land
We ensure every detail is right—so the memory can live in peace.
💨 The Hassle-Free, Clean Alternative to DIY Scattering
Ashes are very fine—like powder. Spreading them by hand can result in:
- Blowback onto skin or clothing
- Ash drifting into the wind unpredictably
- Emotional stress when things don’t go as planned
With drone release, we avoid all of this. The ashes are dispersed cleanly, safely, and with precision—leaving only beauty behind.
📍 Where We Offer Cremation Memorials on the Sunshine Coast
Our ash drop memorials are available across:
- Gibsons and Roberts Creek

- Desolation Sound, Jervis Inlet, Howe Sound, and remote Highway 101 lookouts
We vet every location to ensure it is legally suitable and emotionally meaningful.
Two locations—South Surrey and White Rock oceanfronts—are pre-approved for affordable ash drops.
