Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Drone Memorials plans each memorial carefully and commits time, resources, and scheduling well in advance. For this reason, the following policies apply.

Refunds

Clients may request a partial refund at any time prior to 90 days before their scheduled ash scattering date. A $497 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Any applicable partner referral fee will be applied toward this administrative fee.

A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase, except where the ceremony is scheduled to occur within 90 days of the booking date, in which case the booking is non-refundable.

Weather & Acts of God

  • Memorials may be rescheduled due to weather or environmental conditions to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Weather-related rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.
  • Interruptions caused by acts of God (including but not limited to severe weather, natural events, or access restrictions) will result in rescheduling when possible, not a refund.

Client Cancellations

  • No refunds are issued due to client-initiated cancellations, regardless of timing.
  • Memorials may be rescheduled with at least two (2) weeks’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Requests to reschedule with less than two weeks’ notice are handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
